Details

Use this form to vary your permit if you:

• are applying to add on-site disposal of solid radioactive waste to a nuclear site that is already permitted (in-situ disposal or disposal for a purpose)

• wish to change in-situ disposal or disposal for a purpose that you already carry out on a nuclear site

If you wish to add a radioactive waste disposal facility to a nuclear site permit, use form Part RSR-B5.

All applicants must also fill in the forms Part RSR A and Part RSR F.
