RSR: environmental permit application forms
Radioactive substances regulation (RSR) application forms to apply for an environmental permit for non-nuclear operators and nuclear licensed sites.
If you’re not sure which forms you need, these guides explain the different types of permits, which forms to use and how to apply.
- Non-nuclear RSR: environmental permits – for radioactive substances users not on a nuclear licensed site, for example those based in universities or hospitals, or industry users
- Nuclear sites RSR: environmental permits – for operators of nuclear sites who are licensees under the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 or are tenants on a nuclear licensed site
Part RSR A and Part RSR F – for non-nuclear and nuclear site operators
