Guidance on how to register on DWP e-Procurement solution can be found in the Supplier registration guide.

There is also a video tutorial on how to register.

Once registered on DWP e-Procurement solution, you’ll then need to:

  • log into the DWP e-Procurement solution

  • access ‘PQQs (pre-qualification questionnaires) Open to All Suppliers’

The reference you’ll need to find DWP Flexible Support Fund DPS project is: project_23908.

The application process

To apply for DWP accreditation on the Flexible Support Fund DPS 2, there is a 2 stage application process. To submit your DWP accreditation application, you need to ensure you complete the application stages in the correct order.

The 2 stages consist of:

Suppliers must first have received confirmation that they have been successful at Stage 1 of accreditation via an award letter prior to progressing to this step.

The Supplier will need to log-in or create a Basware account to complete Stage 2, once logged into Basware the Supplier will need to search for the FSF DPS 2 opportunity.

Once a Supplier has located the DPS on Basware they will need to complete 2 sections:

  1. A Y/N question to confirm they have applied and been accredited via Jaggaer and provide their unique reference number from their accreditation award letter. They will also need to provide a brief summary of their organisation.

  2. Complete the filters section ticking which of the filters apply as this will determine which request for quotes (RFQs) they receive. The filters include:

  • Service Categories (linked to employability journey)

  • Delivery Method

  • Customer Group(s)

  • Area and District

If these filters are not completed, you cannot be fully accredited and receive request for quote (RFQ) opportunities.

Once the Supplier has completed the sections on Basware, DWP will review on Basware to confirm the Supplier is accredited (using the reference number to cross-reference) and approve on Basware. The Supplier will then be live on Basware and eligible to receive RFQs.

More information on the detail required in your application, the FSF DPS 2 specification and instructions to potential Suppliers, are provided in the attachments hosted on the Jaggaer e-Procurement system.

Additional Information

The accreditation process is open on an ongoing basis and all interested Suppliers will need to apply for accreditation. Please note Suppliers previously on DPS 1 will not be automatically transferred to FSF DPS 2 as this is a separate DPS. You will have to apply to be accredited on FSF DPS 2, to do so begin with the Jaggaer accreditation application.

A Supplier must be fully accredited to the Flexible Support Fund DPS 2 to be able to receive and respond to Request for Quote (RFQ) opportunities. The filters selected at stage 2 of accreditation on the Basware system determine which RFQ opportunities the Supplier will be eligible to receive.

The length of RFQ response time allocated to Suppliers will vary depending on the complexities of the individual RFQ. Suppliers will have up to and until the expiry date shown on the opportunity to edit, amend and submit a response to an RFQ. DWP will try to process all accreditation applications and RFQs in relation to the Flexible Support Fund DPS 2 as quickly as resources allow.

Being accredited on the DWP Flexible Support Fund DPS 2 does not guarantee work, but means you’ll be able to receive and respond to tender opportunities.
