When to pay admin fees
Read guidance on managing your Help to Buy: Equity Loan. This explains when you need to pay an admin fee.
Pay your admin fee online
When you have applied to make changes to your equity loan account and it’s time to pay your admin fee, you can pay it online.
If we have your mobile number, we’ll send you an SMS text message from ‘HelptoBuy’ with a unique link to HelptoBuy.paythru.com. The link works for 4 days from when we send it. We only use this payment method for your admin fee, so we will not ask you to pay more than £250 in this way.
For other ways to pay, please read the guidance on managing your Help to Buy: Equity Loan.
