HM Land Registry: charge validation for mortgage lenders

Get an audit of your secured lending to identify the risk of any unregistered security.

If you are a mortgage lender, you can improve the certainty and security of your mortgage portfolio and validate mortgages by confirming their priority and status on the register. Get reports on a one-off basis or set up a regular audit.

Check 1,000 to 5,000 records and receive results within 5 days. (If you need to check less than 1,000 or more than 5,000 records, please contact us to discuss your requirements.)

You can also choose to identify other noted interests in favour of the lender, eg restrictions or notices.

Cost

£1 for each record checked (excluding VAT). There is a minimum price per file.
