Exportation voucher
The yellow exportation voucher and its associated yellow exportation counterfoil are the prime indicators that the goods have been exported from the UK and which goods were exported. The details to be recorded on the exportation voucher are:
Information required
Box A - The carnet holder’s name and address
Box B - The name and address of any representative
Box C - The intended use of the goods
Box D - Means of transport being used to move the goods
Box E - Packaging details
Boz F - The declaration by the carnet holder/representative that they are temporarily
Box G - For use by the issuing association:
- the carnet number and the number of continuation sheets
- the name and address of the issuing association
- the expiry date of the carnet
Box H - Customs certificate at the office of exit:
- a declaration that the goods have been exported
- the final date for re-importation
- the address of the office to which the voucher should be sent. In the case of UK issued carnets, this would be the National Carnet Unit (NCU).
- any other relevant remarks
- the name and stamp of the office of exit and a signature and date
