ECSH33901 - Post visit action: introduction

Compliance officers should complete the following post-visit action:

• complete and issue the notes of meeting within 10 working days of the intervention.
• decide how to resolve any outstanding or additional risks identified.
• take appropriate action to deal with any non-compliance established/identified - see ECSH34000.
• gather additional evidence to support a sanction - see ECSH85500.

• keep the business regularly informed on progress. Ideally contact should be made at least every 30 days, but no more than 60 days.
