The following Online Learning packages are available for customer members to provide the skills and knowledge necessary to use Shared Workspace

• Customer Member SW02260
• Customer Nominated Contact (CNC) SW02250
• Customer Organisation Representative (within the CNC package) SW02240

HMRC strongly recommends that all customer members should complete the appropriate learning package(s) to ensure that the service is not compromised by inappropriate or inefficient use.

Note: Business Units cannot enforce this but they should emphasise the availability of the learning and strongly recommend that Customer Organisations ensure that their members complete the learning before taking up their duties.
