Sentinel-1C: New radar satellite launched into space

A new radar satellite supported by the UK was launched into space from French Guiana at 9:20pm GMT on Thursday 5 December.
New projects are set to test innovative hybrid connectivity solutions in some of the very hardest to reach places in the UK, with up to £3.5 million in government funding.
The UK’s second In-Orbit Servicing, Assembly and Manufacturing (ISAM) Conference will take place at the ICC Belfast on 4-6 June 2025.
