How to contact the IAA
This page provides information on how to get in touch with the IAA.
To contact the IAA, first use our online portal to ask a query or to make a complaint.
The Customer Service Unit is also available by email at: info@immigrationadviceauthority.gov.uk. They will pass on your query to the correct part of the organisation.

You can call us on 0345 000 0046 between 9am and 12pm, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
