Service standards performance data
Performance data against the regulator's service standards for each financial year
The Regulator of Social Housing receives information from the regulated social housing sector and our stakeholders. We also respond to enquiries about our work, using our landlord portal and applications for registration with us.
We have developed service standards [link to the actual service standards] to give a clear indication of what people getting in touch with the regulator on various matters can expect to happen.
The service standards page clearly sets out how we handle enquiries and complaints, and the timescales within which people can expect a response to a query or complaint.
We aim to offer a high level of performance against these standards. The data on this page gives a rating of our performance against these service standards and provides explanations if we have not performed as well as we would have liked to.
