Christmas and New Year opening times
The Office of the Traffic Commissioner and Central Licensing Office will be closed to the public at certain times over the holiday period.
The Office of the Traffic Commissioner and Central Licensing Office will close to the public at 2.00pm on Christmas eve and New Years Eve.
All offices will be operating a normal service up to and including 23 December 2013.
Details of individual office closures are listed below.
The VOSA Customer Service Centre, which handles general enquiries about operator licensing and traffic commissioners, will also close at 2.00pm on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. It will be open on 27 December from 7.30am until 4.00pm.
Operators should note that online services, including self service functions and operator licence search facilities, will be available over the holiday period, however licence discs will not be issued when the Central Licensing Office is closed.
