Apply to remove your home address from the Companies House register (SR01)
Apply as an individual under section 1088 to remove your home address, or part of it, from the public Companies House register.

You can use this form if you are (or were) a:
- company officer
- person with significant control (PSC)
- subscriber or member of a company, limited liability partnership (LLP), societas Europaea (SE) or eligible Scottish partnership
- officer or permanent representative of an overseas company
- person authorised to accept service for an overseas company
You can now apply to remove a home address that’s been used as your company’s registered office. If this is currently the company’s registered office, you’ll need to change your registered office address before applying.

How to pay the fee
You must pay the correct fee using GOV.UK Pay before sending your SR01 application. It costs £30 for each document listed in your application.
Once the payment is complete, you’ll get a payment reference. You must include the payment reference with your SR01 application.
How to send your application
Email your completed SR01 application and the payment reference to dsr@companieshouse.gov.uk
This is the quickest way to register your SR01 application. Our teams will aim to process your application without delay.
We will reject your application if you do not provide the payment reference.
Applying by post
You can also post your completed SR01 application with a cheque or postal order. It usually takes longer to process paper documents sent by post.
