Details

One of the measures introduced in The Retail Banking Market Investigation Order 2017 requires banks and building societies that offer Personal Current Accounts (PCAs) and Business Current Accounts (BCAs) to publish Service Quality Indicators (SQIs).

Tesco Bank failed to publish 3 SQIs in the correct place on its mobile banking app between 24 July 2021 and 21 September 2021. The SQIs published in the incorrect place were: Overall Quality of Service; Online and Mobile Banking Services; and Overdraft Services.
