This East Marine Plans Implementation and Monitoring Plan sets out how the MMO will implement and monitor the East marine plans. It takes account of the requirements in the Marine and Coastal Access Act, and it includes an approach to marine plan implementation describing in detail the monitoring process.

The plan was published as part of the East Marine Plans in June 2014.
