Research carried out by Ipsos MORI, Simetrica, George Barrett and Dr Pantelis Koutroumpis for DCMS, completed in July 2018, to evaluate the economic impacts, public value and social benefits of the Superfast Broadband Programme (2012-2016). The integrated report synthesizes evidence about the impact of Superfast roll-out on reducing the digital divide, economic impacts, public value and social benefits, as well as a cost benefit analysis.
