Building Digital UK has launched an Open Market Review (OMR) to identify potential areas for government intervention to support gigabit capable broadband. This OMR Request for Information (RFI) is to confirm where gigabit capable broadband infrastructure currently exists or was planned to be built in the next 3 years across the geographical areas outlined below.
- Oxfordshire and West Berkshire (Lot 13)
- Kent (Lot 29)
- Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and East of Berkshire (Lot 26)
- Staffordshire (Lot 19)
- West Sussex (Lot 1)
How to respond

Sign the Public Sector Geospatial Agreement (PGSA) End User Licence Agreement attached (if not already done so).

Return the signed PGSA End User Licence Agreement to ukgigabit@bduk.zendesk.com.

Once you have done this, we will provide you with login details to our secure file transfer portal where you will be able to download the response templates.

Complete the templates and submit these via the portal alongside any supporting evidence.
You may seek clarification, on making a data response, at any time from 12 August 2021 to 13 September 2021. Please send these questions to us at ukgigabit@bduk.zendesk.com.
The closing date for responses is 13 September 2021 by 5pm.
