This impact assessment updates previous versions. It reflects changes made to Part 4 (Pubs Code and Adjudicator) of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Bill by the House of Commons. It also reflects amendments presented for consideration by the government at Grand Committee stage in the House of Lords.
