If you think your immigration adviser has given you poor advice or an inadequate service, you can complain to the Immigration Advice Authority using this form or using our online portal.

You can complain about any adviser, solicitor or barrister – even if you didn’t find them through the Immigration Advice Authority.

This form is part of the Immigration Advice Authority’s complaints scheme.
