Official Veterinarians (OVs) are private practice veterinarians who are qualified to deliver government-funded statutory testing and other veterinarian services on behalf of the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA).

OV practice forms

New OV practices must complete these forms. Existing practices can also use the details of suppliers form (A/AP201) to tell APHA about changes to a supplier.
