2. Over 10m Condition Update - Scottish Designated Landing Ports
Affecting licences: Category A (11), Category A Islands (12), Category A Pelagic (17), Category B (31), Category C (41) and Deep Sea Species licence (85).
- Removal of column 2 (times during which vessels may arrive into port) of the UK Designated Landing Ports table for Scottish ports, in line with Marine Scotland.
3. Over 10m Amendment to Schedule - Area VIId Scallop Closure
Affecting licences: Category A (11), Category A Islands (12), Category A Pelagic (17), Category B (31), Category C (41).

5.2.3 Fishing for scallops using dredges in ICES area VIId is prohibited between 00:01hrs on 15 August 2021 and 23:59hrs on 04 October 2021.

5.2.4 The vessel may not be present in the areas referred to in condition 5.2.3 whilst carrying dredges on board other than when transiting at a speed of greater than six knots (except in the case of force majeure or adverse conditions) or when in port. Dredges must be lashed and stowed in accordance with Article 47 of Council Regulation (EC) 1224/2009.
4. Over 10m Amendment to Schedule - Bluefin Tuna
Affecting licences: Category A (11), Category A Islands (12), Category A Pelagic (17), Category B (31), Category C (41).
- Amended to allow landings of bluefin tuna with less than four hours notification, with prior authorisation.

5. Under 10m Amendment to Schedule - Bluefin Tuna
Affecting licences: Category A (91), Category A Producer Organisation (91 PO) and Category A Limited (94).
- Amended to allow landings of bluefin tuna with less than four hours notification, with prior authorisation.
